Arrest Records in Minidoka County
The Minidoka County Sheriff, Rupert Police, Heyburn Police, and Idaho State Police may each create an arrest record. The report stays with the agency whose officer made the arrest. Adult custody generally moves to the jointly operated Mini-Cassia Criminal Justice Center in Burley, across the county line in Cassia County. The prosecutor and Minidoka courts then create separate charging and docket records.

Idaho State Police BCI has no instant public name-search portal. Its official background-check process accepts paper name-based and fingerprint-based requests. A name check costs $20 per subject. Recent Minidoka County Bookings
