1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site with no government connection. It does not store official criminal records, retrieve files, perform official checks, or submit documents for visitors.

Its purpose is to identify custodians such as the Minidoka County Sheriff's Records Division, Minidoka County courts, Idaho State Police Bureau of Criminal Identification, and Idaho Central Sex Offender Registry, along with outside tools that may assist personal research.

2. Rules for Using This Site

By using the site, you agree not to:

• Break any federal, state, or local law while using this site
• Use information you find here to stalk, harass, or threaten anyone
• Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on content from this site
• Try to break into our systems or gain access you are not supposed to have
• Run bots, scrapers, or automated tools against our pages
• Do anything that slows the site down or blocks other people from using it

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

You may not use site information or linked tools to stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or discriminate against anyone. Idaho places special limits on misuse of Idaho Central Sex Offender Registry information, and misconduct directed at a registrant can carry criminal penalties. Registry information is provided for community safety, not vigilantism or unlawful discrimination.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide services built for screening job applicants, reviewing rental applications, calculating insurance rates, or judging creditworthiness. You agree not to use data from this site or any linked tool to:

• Decide whether to hire or fire someone
• Screen potential renters or housing applicants
• Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
• Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
• Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

When a legally permissible purpose requires a compliant check, use Idaho State Police Bureau of Criminal Identification or an FCRA-compliant consumer reporting agency.

5. No Legal Advice

Site content is not legal advice. General explanations of Minidoka County records cannot determine how a charge, conviction, warrant, or expungement law affects a particular person. Consult a licensed Idaho attorney for that advice.

6. No Warranties

All site material is supplied "as is," without a promise that:

• The information here is accurate, complete, or current at any given time
• The site will stay up and running without interruptions
• Our pages are free of errors, bugs, or security holes
• Results from our partner search tools will be thorough or accurate

Criminal records can change as charges are filed, dismissed, sealed, or expunged. Gaps and delays are unavoidable. No site content is an official statement from a court, sheriff, or government agency.

8. Intellectual Property

Text, graphics, logos, and code belong to Minidoka County Criminal History or its content partners. You may not copy, distribute, alter, or create derivative works from that material without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim liability for harm arising from use of the site, including reliance on information found here or through a linked service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, proceedings, or demands caused by your site use or violation of these terms, including related legal fees and expenses.

Idaho law governs these terms. Any dispute related to site use must be brought in a court located in Idaho. Government criminal-history access remains subject to the Idaho Public Records Law, while dissemination of Idaho criminal-history information is addressed by Idaho Code section 67-3008.

We may revise these conditions at any time. A revision takes effect when posted on this page.

13. Cutting Off Access

Access may be restricted or ended at any time, for any reason, without advance notice.

14. Severability

If one provision is held invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions continue in force. The affected language will be modified only as far as needed to make it enforceable.
